 Ayodele's journey is woven with a tapestry of experiences that have shaped his commitment to public service and community development.

A scholar by nature and a Clergy by Divine Calling, Ayodele holds a Bachelor's degree in  Soil Mechanics from the University of Calabar and a Master's degree from the Federal University of Minna in the same field of study. 

His academic prowess has been the foundation upon which he has built a career dedicated to societal betterment. Beyond the classroom and the Church, Ayodele's early involvement in Student Union leadership ignited a passion for grassroots engagement, setting the stage for his political journey.

His tenure as Chairman of Construction Workers Union in Anambra State and thereafter  National President of the Grassroots Youth Development Forum showcases a track record of effective leadership, marked by a commitment to transparency, inclusivity, and innovative problem-solving.

As a grassroots mobilizer, Ayodele has tirelessly worked to bridge the gap between the party and the people. His community initiatives, such as being one of the fastest growing Pastor in the Redeemed Christian Church of God, have garnered acclaim for their impact on the lives of ordinary citizens.
